  • The dosage is variable, we suggest that when you feel the onset of illness through symptoms like cough, sinus congestion, fever, chills — that you take 2TSP every four hours.

    When you are taking this preventatively, for ongoing resilience and immunity support, we suggest taking 1TSP daily.

    For children ages 4+ — 1TSP when combating illness or ½ TSP preventatively.
